Relationship Governance

Although price and service delivery speak for themselves the success of the working relationship between ourselves and clients contributes significantly to the perception of value and service.  Omni offer relationship governance, i.e. clearly defining the working relationships and connections between organizations the functions process and reporting at each level.  We go to great pains to develop, manage and maintain those relationships in an open and collaborative manner to ensure a customer service and service delivery experience which represents real value.  This is not ‘vaporware’ – charts and processes without real substance- rather a distinct and significant part of our startup and ongoing contract management processes within our Omniway platform.
